From late 2011 to 2013, Georges and Samuel Mohsen joined Al-Shorouk Newspaper as photojournalists, working closely with and mentored by renowned Egyptian photographer Randa Shaath. During this critical period following the Egyptian revolution, they gained invaluable experience covering the daily wave of protests, political unrest, and social upheaval that defined Egypt’s transitional era. Immersed in the heart of the uprising, their work captured the urgency, complexity, and human dimension of a society undergoing profound change.
Their photographs have since been featured in numerous prominent newspapers and international media outlets, including CNN, Business Insider, Forbes, BBC, Al Arabiya, La Stampa, Yahoo News, and The Washington Post.
