In November 2022, Georges & Samuel Mohsen were commissioned by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to document the visit of Kristalina Georgieva, IMF Managing Director, during the 27th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP27) in Sharm El-Sheikh. Georges followed her throughout the summit, documenting both major events and the wider atmosphere: from her high-level meetings with world leaders and private working sessions, to behind-the-scenes moments with her team and the long walks between venues that marked her demanding schedule.

The backdrop of this assignment was a city transformed. To embody the spirit of sustainability, Sharm El-Sheikh introduced the Green Bus system, a fleet of electric buses that transported participants between hotels, conference halls, and event spaces.
